Jeff grew up in the home improvement business with his dad. He started working with him before he was even a teenager (child labor laws be damned.) After dad retired in the early 2000s, Jeff pursued some other business interests, before ultimately finding his way back to residential remodeling. After spending a few years with other companies, he decided it was time to open Complete Exteriors in Erie, where he has lived with his wife and two sons since 2007. When he's not working, you will likely find him camping, watching his kids play sports, or going to see live comedy and music - oh, and he loves Spaghettios.
Neil started his career in construction in 1975. As a general contractor, he built homes from the ground up, before narrowing his focus to exterior remodeling. Over the next two decades, the company grew to operate in seven different states. In 2001, he decided to retire and travel the country with his wife in their motorhome, before settling in San Diego. When Jeff started to consider launching his own company, Neil decided he needed to get off the couch, and offered to go into business together... Guess retirement isn't forever, afterall.
Jasmin has been in the coordination and operations field for over 6 years in the home improvement industry. She was raised in Florida and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a degree in Visual Communications. Having lived on both coasts most of her life, she wanted to experience the immense exploration opportunity that Colorado has to offer.
She loves to go canyoneering, rock climbing, swimming, backpacking, Skiing and exploring whenever she is able. When she is not working or exploring you can find her at home enjoying some quality time with her family and little Pug, Poogie. She is passionate about art and enjoys painting, crafting, beading, and designing macrame. Her favorite holiday is Halloween as she has a love & passion for the theatrics of all things FX makeup and costuming.
I Grew up in the small town of Woodbury Connecticut and moved to Boulder to attend the University of Colorado where I achieved a degree in Environmental Studies and Geography. After years of working in the restaurant industry as a server, manager and cook I decided to use my degree and got a job for an environmental company where I surveyed mosquito populations across the state in an effort to monitor mosquito borne viruses. Between the seasonal work is where my construction career started. I quickly became an integral part of a team that built custom homes from the ground up throughout Boulder County and beyond. After several years, I decided it was time to hang up the tool belt and use my industry knowledge and experience to manage projects. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, snowboarding, playing soccer, and seeing live music with friends.
